Where do we park?
There is ample free parking adjacent to the building.
How many people can the space accommodate?
The Grand Banquet Room can seat up to 500. The Atrium seats 120 or 250 for a reception. The Century Room seats 90 or holds 180 for a reception.
Will there be other events going on or will we have complete use of the building?
Renting the Grand Banquet Room also includes use of the Atrium. The Century Room can also be rented to insure private use of the entire building.
Do you allow outside food or beverage?
We do not. All food and beverage must be catered through Butler’s Pantry (butlerspantry.com) or Callier’s Catering(callierscatering.com). They will arrange any exceptions including a wedding cake.
What is the rental for the facility?
The fee for the Grand Banquet Room and Atrium is $2500. Use of the Century Room is $500.
Are there additional fees besides the rental?
We require that a security guard be present during the event. The charge is $25 per hour, 4 hour minimum.
Are there any decorating restrictions?
Yes, we will provide you with guidelines.
How many hours are included in the package?
Most events are 4 hours with additional time for set up, if needed. Our representative will work with you on this.

How do I secure an event date?

Is there a deposit?
Yes, $500 to hold the date with final payment due 14 days prior to the event.
Do you include valet parking?
What about a coat check?
We have a room off the Atrium that can be used for coat check. The caterer will provide that service at an additional charge. However, we provide coat racks for self service.
Do you provide a PA system?
Microphone? Screen? Podium? Yes, we provide all in both the Grand Banquet Room and the Century Room at no additional charge.
